I have known Alexandre since 2017, when I attended a comprehensive 5-day workshop on leadership. I benefited very much from the material taught as well as what Alexandre offered as the trainer. Based on this positive experience, I approached him to provide me one-on-one career coaching, meeting monthly for 8 months, to discuss leadership challenges, approaches, development, and specific advice. I can honestly say that Alexandre has offered me timely and useful leadership training and advice in this coaching experience. I believe that as a result, I can better plan my career development and lab management style to realize my career goals for the future.
